How the Event Signup Page works:

The event signup page is provided to make it easy for GRARA members and guests to sign-up for upcoming events.  When you fill out the above form and click "Submit", the program will send a copy of your data as email to the project chairman.  If you included your email address in the sign-up, the program will also send a confirmation email back to you reminding you of time, date etc.  Your data will also be stored in a list for the project chairman to check his full roster.  The phone and address information may be used by the chairman to contact you in case something changes in the plans.  If you wish to cancel your sign-up, simply repeat the process and include the appropriate information in the Comment field.  Have fun!
